What's the problem with creating your own dwellings and a Knight hero? (I won't comment on the textures, as I don't know how to edit them myself)

I don't know, I think people just want to focus on their own projects - creating maps, making videos, assembling balanced mods... and they don't feel like dealing with hero models and effects.
