On-line rating (discussion)

I took a look. Why isn't the player rating being tracked? If there are any problems, let me know; I'm interested. Regarding the layout: well, if there are 200 players, it takes a long time to scroll through the statistics (not criticizing, just pointing it out). Otherwise, it's fine.
