Returning home, Alaria couldn't help but ponder the sudden influx of imperial chronicles into the imperial archive. Perhaps it was simply due to the administration's desire to provide the residents of Margel with educational literature, but the Tanarian felt that the reason might be different. That Kreya, whose shop sold chronicles, was genuinely eager to join the senate after their recent conversation and was thus trying to appease the administration. She was investing in her future, which would earn her the love of the capital's bookworms and palace bureaucrats. However, there was no reason to complain – the literature was indeed of high quality and interesting. When a new day arrives, Alaria plans to repeat her visit after her morning physical exercises and a run around the house.
