Aiskyr is a city-state and the headquarters of an adventurers' guild. Ridel is an unremarkable country to the south of Farellia and north of Aiskyr, which has "a little bit of everything." Technology develops in line with the times, but there are no significant discoveries or breakthroughs. Crime and corruption exist, but they are not burdensome for most residents. All citizens undergo military training, which, however, focuses on developing specific skills rather than discipline. The economy is strong, but it has no leverage over other countries, and vice versa.
