I never had any friends in this place. There was one guy, a sort of acquaintance, but now he's an alcoholic and goes around begging everyone for cigarettes. Yeah... As you can see, the Chelyabinsk region ranks last in terms of education, quality of life, and social benefits. So, I wouldn't recommend anyone to live in the Urals; it's only comfortable for bears, who eat people.
