Why are you so opposed to creating new clans???
If you think they won't be viable, they'll disband on their own soon enough. But what if they are??

No one is against creating new clans. We are against creating "empty" clans. We are against every newcomer, as soon as they appear on the portal, creating their own clan - and then disappearing forever after 2-3 visits. This trend is already visible... and quite clearly. This is precisely why a number of restrictions will be introduced - those who REALLY need it will understand and fulfill the conditions... Besides, they are not excessive and not even too complicated. Those who WANT TO will create one. That's all there is to it.
