Well, if you don't want to move it to the fluff section, you can do something else: generalize the title!
Instead of:
Order of Phoenix - negotiations with other Clans and ordinary participants
make it:
negotiations between Clans and ordinary participants
Do you understand?! You shouldn't be such categorical individualists ;)
Now imagine that everyone starts creating topics like:
Clan "X" negotiations with other Clans and ordinary participants
Clan "Y" discussion of the latest news
Clan "Z" who has what mobile phone
