It might seem silly that a regular user is explaining the rules of the section to a Moderator and a Clan Leader, but besides the official rules, there are unwritten rules... let me explain...
What is the reason for creating these two topics specifically for the Phoenix Order clan, if all other clans can resolve these issues using their own and others' representative topics, which are universal by definition!
They don't contradict the rules of the section or the portal, but they overload a very important section, in my opinion.
