IMHO, these aren't rules, just a bunch of random stuff.

Try to discuss all restart conditions with your opponent before the game (if you want them to apply).

It's very vague. The number of restarts and on which days they can be taken need to be specified. What if it seems to me that I'm losing and I take a restart on turn 146 :D

Nonsense! Not only are you dependent on the random layout, which restarts somewhat compensate for, but you can also get 15000 experience or gold in the first week for free, or troops from a Pandora's Box for free. I haven't had a single game where all the guards were in their proper place. Something is always shifted somewhere.
Where are the banned heroes, where is the mandatory clearing of guards to adjacent respawns, where is the mandatory clearing of ALL shifted guards? After all, the generator places an object on the map and its corresponding guard based on its value.
In short, I rejected everything :D, the only thing I agree with is the ban on diplomacy.

What does that mean? I want the Swamp, my opponent says, - no, I'll take the Swamp. And then what? We immediately go to vbn, like, let him decide for us)))))). He decides. Then I say, - I'm red. My opponent objects, like, no, I'm red. Off we run to Mr. vbn again. In a week, Vitalik will give up on everyone and say, - you judge for yourselves and leave me alone. The rules must clearly state everything if you want normal players to play here.

There must be clear rules, at least for the basic points
