I wanted to correct the term "General" - the issue he pointed out doesn't exist, but he is partially right... this topic fulfills one of the functions of a "representative" topic - it's certainly about the Phoenixes, but in my opinion, it's an attempt to "stand out."
The inter-clan section will definitely not benefit from creating such topics. I understand that they can't put it in their own subforum - in general, it's up to the Phoenixes themselves.
