RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Above the third tower, place the Eye, and it will be Sauron =)

When I restart the Dark Elves, they should have a purple Eye of Sauron  Malassa above the city.

And here, it will be a reference to the third game - a fiery thing will be rotating in the tower.
