One could order tea or coffee along with some dessert here. Coffee boosts spirit and luck by 2, while tea boosts intellect and faith. Both options cost 20 rems and worked only once. 

"Hmm, apparently not here. So ??? is a men's clothing store? Who would have thought."
Garrett orders himself a coffee, skipping the dessert. Meanwhile, he glances around to see if any groups of visitors are engaged in conversation. If there are, he positions himself so as not to stand out within earshot of the talk; if not, he simply takes note of any unusual individuals.
