The politician and his game are the most disgusting things you can imagine. Now we are experiencing a dark night and I recall an old saying: «When the night is darkest, the dawn is very near». But I am in no hurry to claim that the dark night surrounding us will be replaced by any kind of dawn.

And these poor countries, their politicians are ready to buy even though their population is dying of hunger, seventy-five percent of the budget goes to war. On average, each war lasts three and a half years. So, who can say that peace is established? One hundred and five wars in sixty-six countries, each war lasting at least three and a half years, and you call this peace?

These wars have caused sixteen million deaths. In the Second World War, millions of people were also killed. In peacetime, after the Second World War, sixteen million people were killed in wars and you still continue to call this peace?
But politicians are so cunning, and people are so blind, that they do not look at what is happening around them. They continue to fight over trifles: which district should remain in which state? Should the Belgaum district remain in Maharashtra state? Because it is a border district between Karnataka and Maharashtra states.

People here speak different languages, and they kill each other constantly, for three decades, because a trivial question cannot be resolved; in fact, no one wants to resolve it. Otherwise, what would be the problem? Just a small referendum, voting under neutral observation, and people could decide where they want to be. There is no need to kill each other. But it seems that politicians are blood-interested in conflicts continuing here or elsewhere, for then there is a need for them, the politicians.
Sixteen million people were killed, but still in every school, every college, every university they repeat: «We live in peacetime». But in fact, world war was a more peaceful time!

Most wars occur in Asia. And this is one of the strategies of powerful nations and their politicians; they can always fight in other countries. The Soviet Union and America can fight in Afghanistan. Thus, the people of Afghanistan perish, Afghanistan becomes a grave, and both America and the Soviet Union benefit from selling weapons. They send their experts, their weapons, they train Afghans and Afghans kill other Afghans. One side has weapons from America, the other side has weapons from the Soviet Union.

Nine million civilians have been killed in non-nuclear wars since Hiroshima. In ancient times, civilians were never killed. It is the height of absurdity when armies fight — people who fight in the army may be killed, but it seems that in our time there is neither mercy nor reason — nine million civilians killed. Among them could be small children, women, elderly people, those who had nothing to do with the war, who perhaps studied in schools, worked in factories or perhaps prepared food in the kitchen.

Only a few days ago Ronald Reagan attacked Lebanon for absolutely no reason; he bombed civilian areas of Lebanon. His target was Gaddafi and since Gaddafi has three houses in the city, all three of his houses had to be subjected to bombing. But during the bombing of his houses, other houses were burned and destroyed. And now experts have learned that during the bombing, professional assassins combed through Lebanon looking for Gaddafi, because it is quite possible that he was not killed by bombs, he might not have been in his house at all.

So, they bombed civilians while professional assassins prowled Lebanon searching for Gaddafi. They were only able to kill Gaddafi's daughter. And yet neither Gaddafi nor the Lebanese had done them any harm.
And by a coincidence of fate, on the very day that the English authorities allowed Ronald Reagan to use England as a base for bombing Lebanon, the English parliament did not allow me to stay at the airport for a rest for six hours because I am a dangerous person! And Ronald Reagan was allowed to use England to bomb an innocent country that caused them no harm.

This is the darkest night humanity has ever faced.

The current military budget is about seven hundred billion dollars per year. Every year fifteen million people die from malnutrition and disease, and every year seven hundred billion dollars are spent on war. Every minute thirty children die from malnutrition and a lack of cheap vaccines, and every minute one and one-tenth million dollars from public funds are spent on the global military budget.

It seems as if we are not interested in living at all, we have decided to commit suicide. Man has never been in such a suicidal mood, never in all of history.
Two hundred and fifty million children do not receive even basic education. And one nuclear submarine in cost is equal to the annual budget for educating one hundred and sixty million schoolchildren in twenty-three developed countries. Just one submarine! And yet thousands of such submarines roam the world ocean, both American and Russian, and each submarine has nuclear weapons six times more powerful than all the weapons used in the second world war. And their cost is such that we could provide our children with education, food. But we are not interested in this. Politicians do not want anyone to interfere in their affairs; they want absolute control over humanity and no one above them.
