How many factions are there?

Will there be no more add-ons for Heroes V? I really enjoy Heroes V, and it will be boring without updates (expansions, new campaigns)!!!:(

I don't think there will be any more versions of 4.x - but maybe 3.1 or 3.2 will be released... probably they will fix the bugs in 3.0.
So, I think we have enough new races for now.
