No, not only large ones. The site is created using an existing technology, that is, based on ready-made templates. I haven't studied this technology myself, but I heard that it's not very difficult to do and doesn't require any special knowledge.
Indeed, you don't need any special knowledge. -
for installing the engine and standard menus. Perhaps some basic HTML knowledge will be useful.
But the problem is that no one will do the design for you, and I didn't find a template for Heroes. We had to do the entire design ourselves. Of course, we used the standard template as a basis, namely 'DeepBlue'. Also, all the blocks, information, adding links, calculating points for the tournament, and so on... everything was done bit by bit. It's easy to create a site, but it's difficult to create a site that is at least somewhat useful and interesting. :)
And besides, no matter how big or small the project is, it will always seem insignificant.
As for the statement, yes, any clan can afford a website. The main thing is that when creating a website, the goals and objectives should be clearly defined, and most importantly, the names of those who will solve the tasks should be known. And you will succeed.
