They kept me there for a couple of days, and then something happened – apparently, that same maniac showed up somewhere else while I was there and killed a bunch of people, so they let me go. That's the story. You're having some interesting things happen in your city – you just arrived, and they're already trying to pin something on you. Luckily, you got a competent investigator this time, otherwise who knows what could have happened... I was just thinking – you're taking a big risk by staying here on the outskirts when all this craziness is going on. I'm glad to see that you've been spared.
