Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Hello everyone, has anyone heard of a mod where, when you level up a hero in the Machine skill tree, a catapult appears on the battlefield during combat, and you can use it to shoot? I think I saw a post about it on the forum, but I don't remember.
