Well, look at that, Kosha. 5 points of charisma equals 1 Action Point. On average, 1 Action Point equals 0.5 of a stat point. I'm not considering situations like the philosophers, where the rewards are higher, because they require Revan and the players to invest in terms of role-playing and aren't something you can just farm. So, in most situations, 5 points of charisma will only pay for themselves after 10 phases. It's a fairly long-term investment.
