Balancing of some skills from the skill tree.

I don't know if this thread is still active. But here's my question. I'm also looking for access to Perks and Skills/Spells/special abilities of heroes (like "Vanguard"), so I can balance them. So, I'm interested in what you've already found/obtained and where you got it? (The mod is interesting, but as always, the balancing solutions are not "for everyone"; some changes are interesting, some raise questions, and a third are not even mentioned.)
