RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

In Heroes of Might and Magic, there were two Evil Eye bosses: the Red Eye of Madness, which resided in an abandoned dwarven fortress, and the Eye of Terror, whose location I don't remember. However, the first Evil Eye was very memorable because I accidentally found that fortress, barely cleared it, killed the boss, and didn't receive any useful loot, as this dungeon was intended for a specific quest for the Rune Priest – it was a fantastic disappointment and utter suffering.
