Which level 3 creature is the best?

Cerberuses are the best! They are good in attacks. They don't slow down the hero's movement, unlike Elves and Orcish Leaders (who have weak attacks from a long distance {attack is reduced by 2 times}). And Golems and Orcish Leaders have a speed of only 5! Such a hero will be slowed down when moving.
+ after their attacks, the enemy does not counterattack!
- all this for 250 gold.
