— They say it right, a criminal always returns to the scene of the crime!
From somewhere in the darkness, a voice was heard, and a moment later, light appeared in the room.

— In the name of the Emperor! Stand still, you criminal scum!

Beata was slightly taken aback, but quickly regained her composure. She drew her crossbow and aimed it at the stranger, while subtly moving towards the open window.
— That's why I was waiting for you here, conducting the investigation! — she said with a predatory smile. — Now answer me, why did you hack that poor shopkeeper to death with your stick?! What bad thing did she do to you?!
Intimidating.

Revan clearly hates Beata. First, he cursed her, then he planted a worm on her, now he's accusing her of being a murderer... And all this in just a couple of days.

He doesn't really hate her. Just a boring Tuesday in Revan's expedition. And I am being accused of murder quite fairly, just not for this one.
