The icons don't work with low graphics settings. I think it's a bug in the original mod.

Did you run the NCF file through its own .exe? Oh my!

I ran it through the .exe, I just clicked https://imgur.com/a/UhA9cSI on the first file, and when I clicked on the second one, it started working.

Yes, high graphics settings saved the icons, but the castle is still glitching, but whatever.
