What conclusion? The conclusion has been stated about 10 times. The point is that the conclusion is clear, but whether to agree with it or not is a completely different matter. That's why the debate continues. There are also those who are drawn to defend HoMM V, even though no one has criticized it yet.
Just for the record, no one thinks that HoMM V is a bad game.
