Am I right in understanding that you see the graphics of the 5th Heroes game as a prerequisite for transitioning to Pokémon?

Let me quote a post from the first page, where this discussion started (see the first post on this topic on this page, by Olga, to which you reacted so strongly):

Transitioning to Pokémon – no, because that's an unattainable extreme, but if it continues in the same vein – yes, as a trend.

Okay, this is already far from the topic.

It's not far from the topic; it's just that if you didn't play the early games, it's difficult to talk about the spirit/atmosphere of the entire HoMM series. There's no need to be offended or feel inferior because of this; it has always been this way. That's how we will never understand what World War II was like; everything will be demagoguery. It was and will be.
