Okay. In general, instead of all that stuff called "family psychology," this film would have been enough. Sometimes, you get the feeling that the runtime goes in the wrong direction, and the supporting actors are a bit caricatured and wooden, and the choreography is traditionally not very good, and there are a couple of anachronisms that are jarring – a person in Edo couldn't have said that, it wasn't part of the lexicon at the time. The latter might be partially due to the translation, but in Japanese, everything is well-done. But overall, it's okay.
