I don't understand how you can guess based on such clues when there's just a number and that's it. You can connect it to anything and anyone. For example, you go to a page about Napoleon, and it immediately mentions his height of 169 centimeters. And there are a million more pages like that.
If this isn't some kind of clever riddle, then I don't know, maybe it's pointless to look.
