If it weren't for the messages in the same format warning about the danger, this explanation would have been acceptable. But as it is, this message directly undermines the authority of the highly respected advisors/guides. Maybe it would be better to rephrase it (e.g., "the mine is empty and useless")? The idea of a Sanctuary also came to my mind, but you manage to create something that I haven't seen on other maps).
