Heroes V и Windows 10

Good afternoon. I have the following problem: when I launch already downloaded Heroes 5 on Windows 10, the splash screen appears, then a black screen appears, and the game crashes. I downloaded the game from different sources, ran it as an administrator, and tried switching compatibility mode in the game's properties. The same error occurs. Please advise if anyone knows how to fix this...
