The information is not confidential; you can open topics with polls and take a look. In 2017-2019, 15-20 people voted, in 2020 – 10, in the Remix contest – 7-8, and in 2021 – also around 10. I might be wrong; I didn't count exactly.

Anyone can launch the mapmaker if they want to create a corresponding topic, design the awards, collect all the maps for the desired year, and create a poll. If you want, you can try (in December); I'll help with pinning the topics, awarding prizes, and other things.

I don't see the point in just launching the mapmaker when there are tons of maps from various Varimatas and Dan Topov on the forum.
