Hi, I removed all mods, and I'm using version 3.1.9. Does it not work on this version?

When the game starts, there are no dialogue windows as described in the description, which should appear at the start. Instead, 2 heroes appear https://prnt.sc/iCI57Ak8RjBb, and the computer takes weeks to move and then kills them.

What could be the problem?
