No, all units in the Conflux are elementals, so the first aid tent won't work, and there's already a mod for that.

And the main reason why I won't use ready-made elementals is that it takes a long time and is boring to integrate a ready-made city into the mod. In the old RTF, it was included only to swap the Academy and Inferno, but that's not necessary now.
