Thank you for your feedback.
This is one of my first maps (that I decided to publish). As I remember, the idea was to make the start more difficult so that playing against the AI would be at least a little interesting. I see that you left the island on the 3rd week, and even with a race that has a difficult start. That's impressive. I only managed to do it on the 4th week, and when I sailed to the central island, the AI was already dividing up the gold mines, where the retired dragons had already been attacked from all sides except mine. Then the territory control began, where the AI came from everywhere (opening border guards), and I had to hold the castles with six units while the main hero was invading/leveling up somewhere.
Thank you again for your feedback. I didn't think anyone would remember this map.
In principle, there is nothing critical - you could work on the guards in some key locations that affect the walkthrough. Preventing enemy castles from hiring heroes that don't fit the faction is basically all. A Necromancer leveling up an Orc is unlikely to compete with a Dwarf heading towards his goal with his native troops. Something like that. I hope to return to your reworked map sometime. Thank you again just for the fact that YOU ARE DOING THIS!
P.S. As I remember, there were phoenixes, wolves, and manticores at the exit from the island - maybe you left it later due to randomness... I got hydras - they died, but they allowed me to sail away... then the beating began from Inga, who had moved away from her zone
