New faction: Cove.

There are pirates on AsKhan too, but they are a very diverse group. On Enroth, there is a pirate micro-state – hence the faction.

On AsKhan, humans, orcs, dwarves, and elves engage in piracy, and together they form a pirate council. They don't have a single base like the Enroth corsairs – each pirate crew is unique not only in terms of weaponry but also in its composition.

There is, of course, the case of the black guards engaging in piracy, but that only happened once.
