The manual is in the link - the file Manual_Nival-s_Icons_Style_by_Psatkha_29032017.mht can be downloaded from my website... it works! I just checked on Windows 10 Pro - it opens in the Microsoft Edge browser, and on previous versions - in Internet Explorer.
