Well yeah... on the 7th, these liches are essentially nazgûls, on the 6th there are mounted Knight, and on the 5th the old ones... but they need to be named something like half-liches, although you could just leave them! Dragons as neutrals...

Of the folklore names, only "eratnik" fits in meaning — a sorcerer risen from the dead
In principle, you can use the name demilich, although in D&D those are flying skulls, but the point is that a demilich is cooler than a simple lich
Or you could create a portmanteau word from two favorites, or play around with Latin, though that's a very cliché language

Plus, constructions like arch-lich and demi-lich are easy to read because of their length; you can drop the "lich" ending and call it, for example, Damnara (from the word damnare — cursed), Mortumants (mortuum — dead in Latin), Infirmant (from the word sick), although that sounds creepy; these all sound more like region names, "Damnaran sorcerers" sounds better

There's also this point: basically, since it's not a lich but a wizard risen against his own will, he might call himself specifically a wizard/sorcerer, or it could be an ancient word in his native tongue
