I agree with the 3-minute maximum per turn in battle. But constantly writing and distracting the opponent isn't very nice. It's more convenient to stream or record the screen, and if it takes more than 3 minutes, it's a technical loss.

With this option, the player has 3 minutes for each turn. This isn't very good – you know that some turns you make instantly, while others require some thought. Also, a funny situation could arise: the battle seemed to go quickly, one player won convincingly, but then they watched the recording and it turned out that one of his turns took 4 minutes, resulting in a technical loss. It's not very convenient to keep in mind that you have a 3-minute limit for each turn. Therefore, let's leave it as it is: the opponent writes about the time if they think the player's turn is taking too long. That is, the player takes their turn at a comfortable pace without strict timekeeping, but remembering that they shouldn't drag it out, since the tournament is aimed at being dynamic. If they get carried away, the opponent writes "please go" and then the 3-minute countdown begins. In general, if the opponent is determined to upset the player, they can spam during the battle on any topic, not just about the time per turn. If someone is afraid of such spam from the opponent, or that the opponent will write "go" too early and too often, then you can record the game as evidence for a future review of this situation with the judge. But in general, I hope that nothing like this will happen, and that we are all cultured people.
