In the game, there is a "connect to ubi.com" button in the multiplayer section. Through this button, you can link any URL (most likely an IP address). Theoretically, it can be replicated on the adventure map screen, and so on. Additionally, if you are a skilled programmer with plenty of free time, you can write a program that processes game data in the background and, based on certain events (most easily triggered by key combinations), overlays a window with a link or directly opens the link in a browser.
