NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Either my game is broken, or the mod is, but for example, none of the Necromancer skills related to resurrection work. Galtran doesn't resurrect free skeletons, and Baltazar doesn't learn spells from the "minor" category (thorns, meteor shower, etc.).
