Izekiel's house is located near the related quest, and to find him, you need to read the text carefully and think a little. But even if you don't find him, there will be no consequences; it's a more experimental task.
The elf in the tent who gives the quest asks you to bring Lodregar's ashes to the hill east of the hermit camp. But the quest itself isn't in the journal because otherwise, it couldn't be removed and would remain until the end of the game, as you can't return to the camp. This quest also isn't required for anything.
I'll think about adding scrolls. Regarding the fountains, I'm not sure how to best name them so that the text looks reasonably good. The quest is in the guide, if you need it.
Otherwise, the most challenging encounter is against 4 heroes in a castle, each with a cloak that ignores 3 attacks, and each has combat skills and 3-4 spells. I think there's something like that in "Draconian 2."
And here, yes, the toughest boss is quite strong due to the loss of the ring of negation and the undead's immunity to many spells.
