1) You approach the yellow player, talk to him, and he joins you.
2) You develop in this castle.
3) You clear out the garrison in the northeast.
4) You go through it and see the brown player. You talk to him, and he joins you.
(Don't forget to build a Traveler's Hut in the castle and buy the "Summon Ship" amulet in it.)
5) You return to the fork with the stables, go north, the cyclops recognize you, join you, and let you pass.
6) You build a ship and sail east. At the same time, you either avoid or destroy the purple players.
7) In the northeastern corner, on land, you see Lethos, you kill him, you approach the green castle, you talk to the hero, and he joins you.
