Nikta asks Zeikin to read a letter aloud to her, then remembers the scent of unhuman creatures she detected on the alchemist's remains and tries to describe it in as much detail as possible. Since Lin hasn't given the order to return to the rendezvous point, she decides to head back to Radovod anyway, as it's along the way.
