Samurai Persistence

Does the console display any errors? Are any third-party mods installed, or are you playing on some kind of custom build?

After resolving the main issues with switching characters and changing the faction from Sylvan to Sanctuary, I reinstalled the game three times, even starting a new campaign on a clean, patched game (version 3.1). This problem still persists.
