Horizon of Darkness

- Well, that’s clear. It’s certainly not good to just abandon one’s responsibility to society and expose it to various risks. Unfortunately, people as a species haven’t evolved to the point where they can live in harmony with each other without a firm hand, so even without creatures of darkness and other external threats, the situation is urgent and serious. However, I am ready to demonstrate to the locals that women’s shoes are more appealing than either armored boots or sandals. And while I do that, my team will deal with the rat problem. I would like to have some escort from the guard to answer more technical questions from potential recruits, and perhaps even take their signatures for enlistment, but I understand that there are no people available for this?
