There's a nuance: some particles don't need offset adjustments. For example, if the model's offset is -300, -280, -20, the particle retains its original values – 3, 1.4, 0. Try it out.

Regarding the reflections on the water – were they present in the city? In general, this is configured using additional materials for the model, and as I understand it, new materials cannot be added without modifying the model itself.
