Mod requests (orders).

Hello! I'm trying to do it myself, but I don't understand much yet, and I'll be glad if you can help. I downloaded maps from the forum and, apparently, reinstalled a mod for modified dendroids, like from Heroes 3. I really liked it. But I had an idea to change the model of any of the standard heroes (rangers), for example, Winraell, to an Ent. I don't know if it's possible, but I saw in mods how dungeon lords were a hero, archangels, and others.
