In our team, everyone is treated fairly, regardless of whether you're a commander or a simple soldier; everyone gets an equal share. We're all in the same boat, so to speak. We share the roles, like in Copacabana. Think about it: while we're competing, people are suffering. Besides, the faster and more efficiently we get the job done, the sooner we can take on a new one. It's all advantages. And if you're worried about the leader, maybe he's one of yours too, and you don't want to leave him alone, we can take him with us too – an extra sword, or whatever he has, is never a bad thing.
