Basically, I'm at a dead end. I've tried all the methods for adjusting the model's geometry and skeleton. I loaded the vampire model using Archangel, assigned the skeleton to the model, and then converted it to SMD. After that, I imported the SMD file into 3D Max, and then the entire skeleton broke. I don't know how to solve this skeleton problem.
Hmm, sorry, but I think I'm stumped. I tried to quickly remember how I did it (using the Titan as an example), but it turns out I've already deleted the programs! The only thing I can say is that everything worked, both the animations and the model with the skeleton. I extracted everything and was able to successfully insert it into another game. For the Titan, there were 9 animations and a model file.
P.S. As far as I remember, I extracted the animations with one program and the model with the skeleton with another. Also, I scaled the model with the skeleton to the size of the "model in the animation files," because after extracting it, it turned out that the model was microscopic, but if you open the animation, it's normal. Moreover, I scaled it by almost 20,000 percent.
