On-line rating (discussion)

I'm looking at it, and something doesn't quite sit right.

Actually, doing something like this is very difficult, especially alone. It takes a lot of time for all of it. That's why I asked at the beginning: are you ready for this, and can you handle it?
You can discard and change some things from what you're reading, that is, simplify it. But if you simplify it too much, there may be disputes and misunderstandings in the future regarding a particular point. Therefore, if you're going to do it, you need to do it seriously. If not, it's better not to start. IMHO.
