Horizon of Darkness

- Well, let's see. There's a chance that your investigator couldn't handle the job, or he decided it wasn't worth his time and effort, and simply cut off contact with you, perhaps out of shame, or perhaps out of fear of some undesirable consequences for himself. But since a friend recommended him, let's assume that this guy is competent and takes his work seriously. In that case, it's quite possible that he's in trouble and either can't contact you or is no longer with us... If this situation is the result of unforeseen events and is not related to the case, then it's a pity for the guy, but overall, things aren't so bad. But it could also be that he was captured or killed by those he was looking for, so those who kidnapped your daughter may be very dangerous and unscrupulous people. But don't worry, we've taken the job, which means we'll do everything we can to reunite you with your daughter. - Lin smiled charmingly at the quest giver, and then turned her gaze to the women. - As for your story, well... I'm not very good at theology, so it's difficult for me to assess the relevance of this information to our case. However, life has taught me to think outside the box and allow for any turn of events, so it would be unwise for me to ignore what I've heard. Therefore, I would like to suggest the following: how about Sister Arael joining us? This will allow our group to focus on completing the task within our area of expertise, while Arael herself will be able to assess the situation from a theological point of view.
